How do you handle building security and key/fob access?โ€บ

Every professional on your account is background-checked, insured, and bonded. We work with whatever your facility requires: key cards, door codes, fob systems, or on-site coordination with your building management.

Can you handle medical-grade disinfection?โ€บ

Yes. For medical, dental, and health-adjacent spaces we use appropriate disinfectants and follow your facility's specific protocols. We're currently serving multiple dental and medical clients โ€” their exact requirements are reviewed during site assessment.

How do you invoice? Net-30? Monthly?โ€บ

We offer monthly invoicing with net-30 payment terms by default. We accept credit card, Zelle, Venmo, and check. For larger accounts we can accommodate net-15 or custom billing cycles.

What if we need to add or remove services?โ€บ

Just message us. Scope changes are handled without re-signing contracts. Add a weekly deep-clean, remove a service, change the schedule โ€” we adjust and the next invoice reflects it.

Do you bring supplies or should we provide them?โ€บ

We bring everything: commercial-grade products, equipment, refills, and consumables. If you have specific product preferences (eco-friendly, scent-free, hospital-grade), we source them for you at cost.

What happens if our assigned cleaner is sick?โ€บ

Every account has a primary team and a backup team briefed on your space. If your primary is out, the backup covers the visit โ€” and you're notified in advance, not after the fact.

Is there a minimum contract?โ€บ

No. Monthly, quarterly, annual, or one-time โ€” your call. We don't lock you in. If we're not earning your business every month, you should be free to go elsewhere.
