Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CleanerFlow Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use CleanerFlow. If you create an account on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

CleanerFlow Pro is operational software for cleaning businesses and professionals. We provide: • Scheduling, dispatch, and visit management • Trilingual communication (EN, PT-BR, ES) by role • Quotes, invoices, payments, and receipts • Cleaner app and client portal • Retention, review, and referral tools • Assisted data migration from other platforms

CleanerFlow is NOT: • A cleaning company — we provide software, not cleaning services • An employer of cleaners or professionals — the employment relationship is between the subscriber and their team • A legal advisor — templates and documents are operational tools, not legal counsel • A tax or accounting advisor — we record payments for subscriber tracking, not as a tax service

You are responsible for: • Keeping your login credentials secure • All activity that occurs under your account • The data you enter into the platform • Ensuring your team's use of the platform complies with applicable laws • Keeping contact information up to date

Solo plans: 90 days free, then $19/month. Growing Business plans: $49/month with 14 days free. Cleaning Company plans: $149/month with 14 days free. Enterprise plans: custom pricing. All paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. There is no cancellation fee.

Payments are processed through Stripe. When you upgrade, the new rate applies immediately on a prorated basis. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. Data and history are preserved across upgrades and downgrades.

The operational data you enter (clients, properties, schedules, notes, payments) belongs to YOU. CleanerFlow is the processor, not the owner. Upon cancellation, you may request a full CSV export before deletion. After 90 days post-cancellation, data is permanently deleted or anonymized.

You agree NOT to: • Use the platform for illegal activities • Share login credentials with unauthorized third parties • Attempt to access other subscribers' data • Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications • Reverse-engineer or copy the software • Use the platform in ways that harm other users or the infrastructure

Contract templates, legal documents, and pre-formatted content available on the platform are operational tools provided as a convenience. They do NOT constitute legal advice. We recommend consulting an attorney before using any template for legal or contractual purposes.

By using CleanerFlow, you agree to receive: • Transactional SMS (confirmations, reminders, receipts) • Operational in-app notifications • Emails about account changes, terms, or platform updates You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We may update features, pricing, and these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. We strive to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

We may suspend or terminate your account if: • You violate these terms • Payments are overdue by more than 30 days • We receive a legal order to do so You may terminate your account at any time through settings or by email.

CleanerFlow is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months of subscription. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
