  • How do offers work?

    When you submit a request, verified cleaners in your area send you offers within a few hours. You compare them on price, rating, and message, then pick one. No commitment until you accept.

  • When am I charged?

    We authorize your card when you accept an offer and charge the day of service. If you cancel more than 24 hours before, you're refunded in full.

  • What if the cleaning isn't good?

    Message us within 24 hours and we'll work with the cleaner to make it right — or you can rebook with someone else at no extra cost. Trust is our top priority.

  • Are cleaners background-checked?

    Every cleaner on CleanerFlow Marketplace passes ID verification. Cleaners with the 'background-checked' badge have also completed a third-party criminal background check.

  • Can I tip my cleaner?

    Yes. After each completed booking you can leave 10, 15, or 20% — or a custom amount. 100% of the tip goes to the cleaner.

  • How do I cancel a booking?

    Open the booking and tap Cancel. Free up to 24 hours before. Closer than that may carry a small fee depending on the cleaner's policy.
